No final sale items — all items are eligible within the window.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags, accessories, and original packaging must be intact.
- Return must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email the unboxing video at info.vijaylakshmisaree@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery; without it, returns will not be accepted
- No returns for size/fit issues, minor colour variations, print/design differences.
- We’ll share return pickup / drop details. ₹200 flat return shipping fee applies.
Exchange Policy (Damaged/Defective Only)
We offer exchange only for products that are received damaged or defective. To raise an exchange request, please email us at info.vijaylakshmisaree@gmail.com with a mandatory unboxing video by the deadline.
Notes
- If a return is sent without email and approval, it may be delayed or refused.
- For hygiene/quality reasons, items returned used or damaged may be declined.
