Shipping & Cancellation Policy

Where Do We Deliver?

We currently ship orders across India.

Logistics Partners

  • Ekart, Delhivery, Professional Couriers.

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 working days

  • Shipping Charges: Free Delivery Across India

Note: If the outer packaging appears tampered, ripped, pressed, or damaged, please refuse the delivery and mention the issue on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip provided by the delivery executive.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests will be accepted only within 6 hours of placing the order.

  • Most orders are shipped within 4–6 hours, so cancellations after this window will not be possible.

  • To request a cancellation, email us at info.vijaylakshmisaree@gmail.com

  • Orders already processed/shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • Customers agree not to dispute the final decision taken by Vijaylakshmi Saree regarding cancellation.

Order Processing Timeline

  • Orders placed Monday to Saturday are processed on the same or next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends will be shipped within 2 business days, subject to stock availability.

International Shipping

  • International customers can place prepaid orders via the payment gateways available at checkout.

  • Your order will be processed once payment is received.

  • Delivery Time: 7–10 business days (varies by country)

  • Logistics Partners: Delhivery, Ekart, Shadowfax or equivalent.

Custom Duties

  • Customs duty/charges may apply depending on the importing country.

  • All import duties, taxes, and additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
